CADEM CAPITAL is a private equity real estate firm founded by Michael and Amy Harrison in 2022. We are located in Keller, Texas and are dedicated to partnering with well-qualified investors to share in the satisfaction and profits of turning poorly maintained rental properties into well-run, well-maintained, and cash-flowing apartment communities.

Michael’s journey in Real Estate began in 2011 with the purchase of his first rental property. Since then, he has successfully acquired and rehabilitated several properties throughout the DFW Metroplex, with a focus on undervalued, distressed properties. By restoring these properties to a level superior to other rentals in the neighborhood, he was able to create greater demand from potential renters and attract highly qualified individuals.
In 2018, Michael and Amy shifted their focus to multi-family apartment investing and have since become partners in over 3500 doors of Multi-Family apartment communities throughout Texas and the United States.
